HOW DO I BOOK A REPAIR?

You can book a service by visiting our website’s contact page, calling us directly, or dropping by during business hours. Please take note that we work on an 'appointment only' basis and will not be able to facilitate instruments that turn up without prior notice.

CAN YOU ADJUST MY GUITAR ACTION?

Yes, action adjustments are part of our 'set up' service.

WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND PERIOD FOR REPAIRS?

Turnaround time varies depending on the type of repair and our current workload. Simple repairs like restringing can be done on the same day, while more complex repairs may take a few days to a week. We will of course keep you updated via email or phone if there are going to be any delays, (this is unlikely) but we will make you aware if something does occur.

 

CAN I CHOOSE THE TYPE OF STRINGS WITH YOUR RESTRING SERVICE?

Absolutely! We offer a variety of string brands and gauges. Let us know your preference, and we’ll make sure to use the strings you like. We are always on hand to discuss string types, gauges and brands. We will provide you with advise on what would work best for your playstyle and preference.

 

DO YOU OFFER EMERGENCY AND OR RUSH SERVICE?
